The collection, use or storage, as well as the access, handling, exploitation, transfer or disposal of your personal data by us is done for the following purpose:

If you are a client and/or supplier:

In relation to the personal data mentioned in the preceding section, the Entity pledges to use the data exclusively for the aforementioned purposes and to handle the data using appropriate security measures to guarantee confidentiality and that if at any point it anticipates using the data for another purpose, it will request your authorization by modifying the relevant Notice.

We inform you that the Entity does not collect sensitive data from individuals, or personal data automatically using cookies or web beacons.

DATA TRANSFER

You are hereby informed of the fact that the Entity may transfer your data in the performance of its activities; In this case, the Entity will make this privacy notice available to any third party to guarantee compliance with the purposes described herein.

Your personal data may be transferred within and outside the country with the following people, organizations, companies and authorities:

-Mexican government agencies, for the fulfillment of the legal obligations of the Entity.

The Entity reserves the right to make changes or updates to this Notice at any time, in response to internal policies or new requirements for the provision or sale of our services and products.

These modifications will be available on our website or we will send them to the last email you have provided.

To the extent that the owner does not request it as described above, the cancellation and/or opting out of the use of their personal data and continues to access and/or use, in whole or in part, the services and/or products, it will be understood that they have accepted and consented to such changes and/or modifications.
